11/13/2009: Falcons Drub the Dons, 31-21

Foothill rode a stifling defense, the strong foot of kicker James Langford, the speed and toughness of Ryan Mende, a superb game plan, a slew of quick-hitting bullet passes from Sean Mannion, a stifling defense, the spirit of past Foothill vs Amador battles, and the spirit of present players – and a stifling defense, to a win over their cross-town rivals, who were tremendous favorites going into the contest. From the onset, it looked like the present 4-year Falcon win streak over the #4 ranked Dons was going to come to an end. After the Falcons went 4 and out on the first possession of the game, Amador proceeded to march quickly down the field, reaching the endzone in just 4 quick plays for the game’s first score. 11/12/2009: Falcons vs Dons on Ch. 30

Friday nights battle between the Falcons and cross-town rival Amador Valley will be televised locally on Channel 30. The game will show also on Saturday, at 7pm & midnight and Sunday at 10am & 7pm
