5/9/2009: Close Finishes on Last Dual Meet Against Amador

5/5/2009: Varsity Boys Get First Win
The Foothill Varsity Boys came out victorious against the Livermore Cowboys last Thursday, wrapping up their first dual meet win of the season. Go to foothilltrack.com for the results.

4/26/2009: Stiff Competition Against San Ramon Valley
Foothill hosted a very tough and deep San Ramon Valley team last Thursday night. To give an indication of how deep the team is...Coach Sato and Coach Sos were at the track until 8:30, not cleaning up, but waiting for the pole vault to finish! Long night, but good competition!
Although all four teams came up short against the visiting Wolves, there were some great performances only three weeks before the EBAL Championships, as well as new top marks for the season, including Nathan Hinke in the 200m (23.07) and the triple jump (40' 1"), the boys 1600m Relay (3:32.99), and Justin Bolen in the discus (128' 3.5"). Next week will see Foothill travel to Livermore to take on the Cowboys before we return home to host Amador before the EBAL Championships at Granada.
